Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the products are defective.
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours. Remember to send back all items including any free items that came with the purchase. If all items are not returned, the return will not be accepted.
If you have received an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement or refund.
After 7 days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered.
